Our Story

Medicine the way it should be.

Slower. Deeper. Built around the person in front of us.

Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner · Founder, Aristea Health

I built Aristea Health because I've sat in that waiting room.

I know what it's like to get eight minutes and a template, to have your concerns waved off, your labs come back “normal” while you feel anything but, and your gut instinct that something is wrong quietly dismissed. I also know what it's like to sit on the other side of that desk, inside a system that makes it structurally impossible to practice the medicine you were trained for.

I'm a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. I'm also a classically trained musician, a former athlete, and a mother of three. I know what it takes to perform at a high level under sustained pressure, and I know exactly what happens to a body and a mind when that pressure never lets up. The people who find Aristea are high performers who've put themselves last for years. I was that person. I still catch myself being that person. I built this practice for us.

Direct primary care lets me practice medicine the way I actually believe in it: a smaller panel, real time with each member, and the clinical depth to look past the chief complaint to what's actually driving it. Today I care for a deliberately small number of people, which means I answer your message myself, I remember what you told me three months ago, and I'm your partner through the ordinary weeks and the ones that blindside you.

If that sounds like what you've been looking for, friend, let's talk.

Our Philosophy

“The best medicine is built on time, trust, and knowing one another, and on the understanding that every health challenge is downstream of something deeper.”

We believe care should be a relationship, not a transaction, and that the body follows the mind. Behind every lab value there's a stress load, an identity, a set of priorities that decides whether any clinical intervention actually holds. At Aristea, we look for the root, in the biology and in the life. Most of the people who come to us aren't sick. They're misaligned, and misalignment doesn't show up on a standard panel.

Keeping our practice intentionally small protects the one resource modern medicine forgot: time. Time to ask the second question. Time to understand the whole person. Time to get it right. Fewer members, deeper relationships, and care that treats you like someone we actually know. Because you are.

Your finest hour starts here.

Panel size is capped at 250 members. Not a marketing tactic, a math problem: 250 is what makes same-day access, 90-minute first visits, and a provider who knows your name actually possible. We review applications in the order we receive them.
